The first step is to drop us a line by filling out our contact form above. We typically kick off our projects with an initial chat, followed by a quick exploration phase where we'll work closely with you to define the project's scope and identify the services that best suit your needs.

After that, we'll share our cost estimate, draft a detailed statement of work, and schedule kickoff calls with our team members. Once the paperwork is in order and the deposit payment is settled, we'll dive headfirst into bringing your vision to life!

We limit the amount of clients we take on each month to just two. We believe that by limiting our client numbers, we can provide each client with the personalized attention and focused dedication they deserve. This allows us to fully immerse ourselves in our client’s brand’s unique needs, ensuring that every aspect of your brand is meticulously crafted and executed.

We have established a minimum engagement fee of HK$ 50,000, setting the bar for high-quality service across all our projects. This ensures we can dedicate our full attention and expertise to delivering exceptional results for every client. While we may consider smaller projects on a case-by-case basis, our standard practice minimum engagement fee maintains the consistent excellence we're known for.

We offer flexible billing structures to suit your needs, including fixed project fees, hourly rates, and monthly retainers, design, and development services. Let's discuss which option works best for your unique project and budget.

We love our clients to be engaged on the project but you can be as little or as much as involved as you prefer. On discovery calls and during our brand strategy workshops we get to understand how much you wish to be involved and your aesthetic preferences and brand references. We also will provide a branding questionnaire for you to fill out. We ask that following each concept and design revision delivery, you give us honest and critical feedback.

As a branding agency we work with clients across a vast range of industries. We have developed our fundamental strategic approach to work across all kind of industries and sizes and shapes of clients.

During the concept phase we supply a broad range of concepts so it is a very rare occasion for us that our clients will not like any of the concepts.

However, if this is the case we will jump on a call, get your feedback and supply a final concept.
